Little Chamonix Cafe Under New Ownership

The sale of the well known Little Chamonix café business on Lake Road in Keswick has completed (March 2023). Walton Goodland advised the business owners in the disposal process as well as agreeing terms for a new lease with the purchaser. The new owners of the business will immediately undertake a facelift of the property comprising a new internal fit out with a view to commencing trading as soon as possible with the Easter break on the horizon. A popular fixture within the Lake District town since 2015, Little Chamonix was thoughtfully named after one of the UK’s most popular and photographed multi-pitch climbing routes located nearby in the renowned Borrowdale Valley 5km south of the town.
